Our idea was to offer accommodations inside several buildings in the lake area of Mandello del Lario, the historic centre, allowing guests to relive the atmosphere and identity of these places and thus offering exclusive and captivating hospitality.

Mamma Ciccia offers her guests, whether they are tourists or businessmen, the feeling of being at home.
Guests live the village as if it were their own, live in the houses of the old part of the village, walk through the alleys, but always with the certainty of enjoying the services and attention that only a stay in a hotel can give.

Our rooms

Colourful and fascinating

There are about twenty lodgings in four different buildings just a few steps from the central part where there are Reception, Restaurant, Café-Bistrot and Cooking School.

The rooms and apartments available to guests, although of classic hotel type, are different from each other for furniture and colours on the walls as they reflect the characteristics of the different buildings that house them, while still offering all the most modern comforts.

Any reservation sent by phone must be confirmed via email and guaranteed by credit card or deposit by bank transfer.
Check-in between 15:00 and 22:00 after this time please notify by phone or via WhatsApp at +39 371 3389845.
Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

Extra Beds - Children up to 5 years of age can stay for free when using existing beds.
An additional single bed is available upon request with an extra charge of €25.00 per night.
A baby cot (0-2 y.o.) is available upon request with an extra charge of €10.00 per night.

No other person than the registered person is allowed to stay overnight without the consent of the management.

Tourist tax: €1,00 per night per person for a maximum of 7 nights. From eight years of age.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of cancellation of the reservation
- from the reservation until 2 days before arrival: no cancellation fee will be charged and any deposit will be refunded;
- in the 2 days before arrival or in case of no-show: the cancellation/no-show fee is equal to the cost of the first night booked

Mandello del Lario is located on the eastern shore of Lake Como and enjoys a privileged position: it is a starting point for excursions to the famous Grigne, so loved by climbers and trekkers from all over the world, as well as being directly overlooking our beautiful lake for simple relaxing breaks or for trips by boat, sailboat or motor sailing from the characteristic ports to reach the nearby tourist destinations such as Bellagio, Varenna, Menaggio, Como.
