Mamma Ciccia has been offering cooking classes for more than ten years at her restaurant.

In 2017 the "Cooking Academy" was born: a warm, comfortable and welcoming environment, a kitchen with the best equipment completely dedicated to cooking enthusiasts. In addition we offer courses for international tourists given in English, and courses for children to introduce them to cooking in a playful way.

At the "Cooking Academy" courses in English are organised for international visitors who want to experience and taste the dishes that have made Italian cuisine known all over the world.

Making a dinner or a lunch with style is above all a matter of organisation and a careful choice of recipes.
Lessons with active participation at our "Cooking Academy" cover different types of dishes, ingredients and menus for all occasions. You can learn and discover all the secrets of the kitchen.

Our cooking school often hosts famous chefs who have been Michelin-starred, or who are well-known on television, for an evening of gastronomy, experimenting together with new techniques and trends in national and international cuisine: a 360° journey through recipes, techniques and tricks of true chefs.

"Cooking is a game"

for children from 4 to 10 years old

A real cooking course to discover the pleasure of working and tasting healthy and seasonal ingredients preparing many wonderful dishes (first courses, main courses, appetisers, desserts and of course ... pizza!). It encourages children and to get to know food through the five senses, in a simple, practical and playful way, acquiring the notions and behaviour that are essential for safety in the kitchen. From the true playroom of taste that stimulates the imagination and manual skills we also offer courses that involve dad, mum, grandparents and aunts.

Mamma Ciccia "Cooking Academy" often hosts courses of other kinds such as wine tasting, flower arrangements, painting.
Mamma Ciccia is also the ideal location for book presentations or other artistic events or for days dedicated to Team Building.
